What Not to Name your Company
If you are going to engage in dodgy transactions, don't do so through "Let’s Hope It Works, Inc," "CrapCo" or "Should Not Participate, Inc," says Above the Law's Mark Hermann. Yes, it's a bit of a slap in the face isn't, when things go south as the founders knew it would and they were laughing at their investors all along. Moreover, don't use Star Wars characters either, no matter how strong with the force you feel. I'd like to say don't use "Offshore Holdings" either, but that's like saying don't use "Inc".
